No, someone made a fake version that riffed on the closeness of the siblings in the original.
It's very much implied in the original that they fucked, the extended cut just continued on the theme.
I don't know about very much implied but they took out the context that the brother was home from the Peace Corps or whatever and made it weird
The commercial was just the sister happy to see her brother again and having a cup of coffee together. College humor expanded on it and made a follow up sketch where they have an incestuous relationship that's tearing the family apart.
