Where I live tap water is great for drinking but I only drink water from the kitchen tap, it's the same water in the same pipes but in my mind it's very different.

Does anyone else have weird 'rules'?

My bathroom tap tastes odd compared to my kitchen tap. I've been ignoring it (I can't afford to look into it) and just getting water from my kitchen.
