ABC got in touch with Tasmania Tours owner Scott Hennessey. He told them: Our AI has messed up completely.

I remember that time when I was hammering a nail with my wrench. I bent the nail, dented the wood and then blamed the incorrect tool I was using.

Anyway, what were we talking about?
