Cornpop was a bad dude

(Biden claimed that the razor cornpop threatened him with was rusty when he told that weird story)

Back in 2019-2020 Biden was telling the story about a guy in Delaware called Cornpop. Supposedly some type of gang-leader / violent criminal, who was not happy with Biden being a lifeguard at the segregated swimming pool. Cornpop would dip his razor blades in rain-barrels to make them more dangerous, because a cut from a rusty blade is likely to get infected. Biden told the story a few times and each time it was completely incomprehensible.
