Welcome to our virtual third place, The Café.
Come on in and make a new human connection over a cup of coffee (or Teh Tarik). This is a casual community, do whatever you want, share your oyen pics, your frustrations, and even organize a weekend picnic with the community. The world is your oyster.
Rules are simple, be kind and civil with each other. As with any other café, rude patrons will be kicked out.

Awww, it's about 23C here. Even way, way north of me it's pretty summery. Canada can be quite warm. What did you do today? I worked, saw my doctor, and picked hickory nuts.
At work, tried the new Technics earbuds, screamed at my manager. Pretty much your daily work.
Are the earbuds good?
EAH-AZ80 is good.
how teach me how to do it
I got provoked and gave in to my emotions. Not my proudest moment, but damn, it felt good.
Ooft sending lots of love ❤️ fuck the manager
Thanks dude. Not the first time he done this, but this is the first time I've lost my temper.
23C is pretty cold for Malaysian weather, usually we only reach that level on particularly cool nights. However, the weather in highland regions can drop to 17 - 15C at night. (Maybe even lower than that on mountaintops)
True it must really get hot there. For some reason we missed the heat here this summer.
Where's your favourite place to eat in Malaysia?
That’s a hard question to answer as there are so many great places to eat everywhere! Probably easier to answer if you narrow it down to a particular area.
Anyway, because we Malaysians like talking about food, we have a food community/channel here at [email protected]
Elsewhere on the Fediverse (on Mastodon/Firefish), there’s also a hashtag #MakanApaToday which initially was used by Malaysian users to post about food but it’s now used by our friends in other Southeast Asian countries as well!
Oh cool. I will subscribe. We have a Malaysian night market style cuisine restaurant near me but I don't know how authentic it is.
Share some photos and let us judge! 😁
