What's with all the fat people in the frozen north?
I'm not sure, but the same thing happens on the islands in the Pacific
Gotta have a layer of blubber to keep warm.
Also it seems to me there's more obesity in rural areas. People taking transit walk a bit more than people that drive a car everywhere I guess.
The US isn't even in the top ten most obese countries.

You realize that hasn't been out long, right? The studies were performed before that was made available to the public.
It's been on the market for about 9 years.
It was approved in the US about 9 years ago. It takes time for it to then become available. Regardless, it didn't become available for weight loss until 2021, and there were shortages of it so it was not widely available.
