I understand that people just hegemonically accept venezuela as authoritarian, but what are the exact arguments and ideas people have? What are the facts?

programming-communism Soviet Communist Vuvuzela did elections by having what's widely considered one of the most secure electronic voting systems on the planet. This is bad, and authoritarian.

freedom-and-democracy In Freedom Democracy Country, our electronic voting system is 50 different systems contracted by 50 different governments, and are black boxes built by private companies you may or may not know the identity of. This is cool, and good.
