Corporations are incapable of taking a "no". At best they'll give you a choice between 'yes' and 'later'.
So you're saying they don't respect consent.
No. They don’t have to. They’re REWARDED for not taking consent. It’s how our entire system has been built over the last century or so.
And even when they ARE "punished", their profits far exceed the fine, which IS their only punishment.
If the punishment for a crime is just a fine, it's only a crime for the poor.
