What's better from a #libertarian perspective? The federal government staying out of it to avoid infringing on the "rights" of a state to set its own laws, or the federal government "encouraging" states to remove laws that are considered harmful for businesses? @libertarian The Trump Administration’s Order on AI Is Deeply Misguided

It is deeply misguided... even from a logical regulation standpoint. Though to think federal law "infringes" on the rights of states is to completely and utterly fail to understand the absolute foundations of states in a larger government...

I'm ready to get downvoted by all the absolute moronic ancaps that think corporations should be able to do what ever they want, but this is stupid from any angle.
