What do you think? Unhealthy starchy jonkkk or mother nature’s super food?

How does it compare to the other carb kings (rice, bread, noodles) in therms of nutritional content?

What’s your favorite type of tater? Favorite way to cook them?

I like parboiling them and grilling them with some olive oil.

ferment the potato and then fry them.

though i prefer rice, they are all bad for you if you fear diabetes though.

but if you are watching out for that, trying mixing your meals with lentils.

Y'know how sprouted grains unlock more nutrition? Sprout your potatoes the same way to have them go through the "malting" process and make them more palatable!
