You can easily achieve this because time is relative to speed. Date someone roughly half an hour older than you, then get them to spend 6 months on the Tiangong space station at 28,000km/h. Meanwhile, remain as motionless as possible. Because time passed slower for them, and faster (relatively) for you, you will have aged more than them despite being younger.
Once the ISS is de-orbited in 2030, only the Chinese will be allowed to have sex. Then, the American century of humiliation will truly begin.
