Have you confirmed allergies as the cause? If it's everyday it could be caused by a lot of things. Allergies are usually seasonal, or food related. So if that's it you could try limiting your diet, or wearing an N95 mask outdoors when pollen counts are high. If it's dust related getting an air purifier and making sure to wipe down surfaces, and vacuum is important. The exact cause is what you need to figure out.
I think it is somewhat linked to allergies because my nose is sniffy every day, but I wouldn't be surprised if dust plays a part in it as well. I do need to vacuum and dust more, so I will see if that helps. Thank you.
