Network settings > advanced/more options > enable private DNS > change it to "dns.adguard.com"
This will block all ads on your phone, including for games. I've been using it with ublock to have damn close to zero ads on my phone.
i managed to do that, and now even if i mistakenly open the youtube app the ads are blocked! you just made my life better thank you
