He’s a prick. Does this all the time.

For example Melbcat has food allergies and IBD and there’s only one kind of treats she can have. I stock up and give her a steady stream of them to keep her happy and eating.

Well one time I stocked up and he swiped the lot. Probably just threw them into a bush when he saw it wasn’t anything he could hock.

He also has money for ciggies, keeps having different flashy sneakers on and was wearing a North Face coat. So while I don’t shame poor people for having nice things (I was given my phone) someone is obviously looking after him.

Ps. There are many services in the area and one is literally walking distance. He just does this

Desperation will push people to do scummy things. Some people are straight up selfish scumbags lacking any civic sense though, report away.

I can understand if he was starving. I donated shit to the local pantry for this reason.

But yeah the help is available. Direct sources of food within walking distance. He’s just an opportunist
