AI Is Actually Making Workers Less Productive
(www.worklife.news)
"We did it, Patrick! We made a technological breakthrough!"
A place for all those who loathe AI to discuss things, post articles, and ridicule the AI hype. Proud supporter of working people. And proud booer of SXSW 2024.
(x) doubt
Can we get a paper in here or some shit? I want to see how the survey was actually conducted. So hard, right? Instead, marketing blog.
they cite multiple sources? you can look at the upwork and gartner reporting.
Where? I do not see any links or citations to sources, just linking to more of their own pages.
they refer to them in the text.
This is what passes for a primary source reference in 2025. I weep for humanity.
It's like we live in this super state where AI is both worthless and going to destroy the working class. I ask for details and get ratioed and told about some vague reference to a survey of 2500 people run by a commercial organization that put workday HR in the transformation quadrant. ๐คทโโ๏ธ
this is what has always passed as a primary source reference. referencing a source. basic research ability is being able to find a source like that from the text. this is primary school stuff.
also, getting four downvotes and one comment is not "ratioing".
