chemtrails were real for several decades, the US government admitted to dispersing harmful biological weapons over US populations by air without notification or consent in the 1975 Church committee.
doesn't mean it's happening now, but it's silly to pretend the US government didn't secretly drop chemicals and biological agents onto US citizens from aircraft when they already admitted to doing it for decades.
Oh look, it's the Lemmy chemtrail guy! Watch as he refuses to accept that he's talking about something completely different than what these laws refer to.
