Whatever your expression of emotion is, as long as it’s not harming anyone else, is fine. Recognizing that anxiety, for example, can manifest as anger - that’s important, because that makes it so that your anger doesn’t get pointed at anyone inappropriately.
You can’t just will your emotional reactions to manifest in different ways, but you can work to understand the roots of those reactions.
You kinda can, it just takes a lot of effort. I had a really stressful upbringing, and so anxiety began to manifest as keen focus pretty much by necessity.
Sure, with a lot of effort over time. Of course people can change. I meant in the sense of "I'll just decide to cry instead of rage now."
