Unless the arguments they had stemmed from Jonathan being gay. Which is the claim his husband is making.

Even so, still wrong. They have extensive history and have threatened each other and pointed guns etc. Any half decent solicitor will just get this to murder, too many variables to be charged as a hate crime.

You can hate someone and kill them without it being a hate crime.
