And his rockets keep exploding! Unless he has some sort of Epstein-style scheme going on, I don't see how whoever awarded those contracts looks at him and goes "Yep, this is a guy we should trust with critical military infrastructure." Although the old saying "military intelligence is an oxymoron" undoubtedly applies.
