It's possible. It's also possible that she did nothing at all but is a compulsive liar in general which makes her look guilty.
Buy my take (not that I've been following closely) is that it is far more likely that she's absolutely guilty and too stupid to understand that people can see through her lies. I'd put the alternative possibilities into the category of technically possible, but so unlikely I wouldn't consider it reasonable to entertain them (i.e. beyond reasonable doubt).
See the thing is, if you planned on killing a few people, you would've dehydrated those mushrooms and got rid of the dehydrator a few months back. I think the poisonings were impulsive.
