Seriously, on the original subject, states should be required to split their votes. "Winner take all" is total horseshit. Two states do it ... TWO! That is the major issue with the US political system ... aside from the fact a bunch of dumbass inbreds elected a felon.
And if you own a lot of land you're rich, like cattle owners farm owners.
