According to summaries on the first page of search results, NO2 also makes bulkier whipped cream than O2 can. So my idea of starting a trend of eating whipped cream right away before it spoils won't work.
It seems to me in the present situation, it isn't exactly criminalization, but half assed regulation that's the problem.
Either regulate and enforce regulations on NO2, or do not.
Though I guess I am not considering the whole universe of harm that has been prevented by regulating in the current manner so far. Like maybe there'd be more self taught cheapo dentists working out of kitchens.
