I'm nearly two months into my new role and have found zero kindred spirits.
People are nice, and good at their jobs (I guess) but just boring and too serious.
2 of 3 isnt bad! Most of mine are assholes with a few exceptions, but they are all waiting for someone else to do their jobs for them. And there is no consequence for fucking around and doing no work.
hard to imagine what this place would be like if everyone gave a shit rather than just a handful of people actually trying.
I shouldn't complain. Everyone is pretty competent and just does their jobs. I guess I'm used to a more cheerful environment.
I'm just picking at shit to be honest.
haha thats fair. TBH I'd trade places with you in a heartbeat. Just had a team who owns X product asking me to go digging in the logs of X product.
How about no boys, how about you guys do your fuckin jobs for once?!
