I always know I'm on Lemmy past my bedtime when I start seeing Dutch posts in the All feed.
Do you know that you can limit posts to only written in the languages you know? It doesn't work very well but overall it works.
But then how would they know it's bedtime?

Since that filters out every post without the chosen language tags and most posts aren't even tagged with a language, that would also filter out most posts in the languages you want to see.
No, languages without any language specified don't get filtered.
