these are my favorite, I like to put stir fried onions, bell peppers, mushrooms in them sometimes any leftover

meat or spam or an eggI make them by just boiling water in an electric kettle, letting the noodles soak for like 5 min while i stir fry the veggies in a wok then drain the noodles and toss them in the wok and add the sauces its really quick. sometimes i make 2 packs and save some for lunch the next day
