Imagine being so disconnected from the entirety of current events. No bad news in sight, just living in the moment.
They call it "not interested in politics", brag about it, and treat as a virtue. Poland is also full of those types.
This is how it works for most people, for certain Burgerlanders, unless something immediately impacts them it might as well not exist.
