Even if it was true that Europe had only white people in the XXth century, how is this culture?
And yeah, European culture was literally slave trade and colonialism
Even if it were true, in a setting where more than half the adult population is dead there would be a huge amount of migration. Especially to major cities like Paris.
A guy from China (Rabban Bar Sawma) visited Europe in the the 13th century. He met the Eastern Roman Emperor, the King of France, the Pope etc.
And that was China. China! North Africa and the Middle East were a relatively close boat trip. Vikings went to Constantinople.
In the Roman empire a citizen from Numidia might serve in Germania. Throughout most modern, middle ages and classical history it's quite possible to have non white people in Europe.
