Whenever someone uses the expression "How dare you" when something is getting done to them... it really doesn't sit well with me. It's like someone should be afraid to do something against them, for some reason. Like they are better than everyone else. Screw that noise.
Yeah for me when someone saying that it means that they are saying that it absolutely shouldn't be happening to them. Usually it is said by people who it should happen to.
