This is just my opinion, but i have been stressing to a lot of folks in my community that if you want it, and are in the US, they might start restricting our care and or our insurance coverage(many state healthcare plans have to cover bottom surgeries) and one should consider their options.haha, I'm well aware
at this point I've half accepted that to get it I might have to do it the old fashioned way and take a trip to Thailand to get it. I'll find a way to get it somehow when I'm ready though, I'm sure of it
