Cory Booker has been filibustering for a while, but there's no legislation that he's stalling.

If he was doing a legitimate filibuster he could be voted down (and would be voted down by the Dems) doing it this way no one can stop him, he's disrupting the whole Senate unilaterally

Well I think you misunderstand the point of the post. The point is that Corey knows where and when the congressional baseball games take place but refuses to take a swing ⚾️

The problem is if he did this during legislation to do an official filabuster 60 votes could vote him down and the progressive wing of the fascist party would join with the GOP to vote him down

By doing so no he's giving a "Speech" and there for can't be voted down and is wasting time
