Things like that make me so unbelievably angry. No caring parent would actually allow this, let alone do it themselves.
I have to keep telling me now, that this babyboy will not remember this event, or else I would start hunting those people down.
He's autistic so probably not, and they are trying to cure it with raw milk and frankincense. They also live in a school bus and drive all over the country putting up signs about obeying the Sabbath. So they circed him in the back of an old bus with no running water.
Probably also unvaxed, so basically he won't suffer much longer.

In years of participating in groups for foreigners in Japan, the question comes up once or twice a year from expecting parents as to how to get their kid circumcised. In Japan, it's only done when medically necessary, normally, and most guys are not. The vast majority of respondents, myself included, always try to convince them not to do it.
