Just ask? "dude, are you begging for degredation, or just checking to see if I like the real you?"

I promise, I've never heard of a non-bottom plotting to torture a top for revenge or whatever like so - you'll almost certainly get laid, so what's the problem? If either previous scenario is really too bothersome for you, just leave; He deserves better.
