A rare Nintendo GameCube prototype from the 2000 Space World trade show has surfaced online with a $100,000 asking price. This non-functional prototype, listed on eBay by collector Donny Fillerup, was one of a few units created to showcase the console’s design before its official launch in 2001.

All these retro auctions mean nothing to me. It feels like the same dozen buyers making sure their collection stays highly evaluated.
