Nope, the news said China is in big trouble because they have a declining population. Your source is from China and they don't know as well as USian media!
China will collapse any day now!
I was just about to bring up how the Google News algorithm tried to feed me the line about decreasing population multiple successive years, allegedly.
Not sure about the stats here but you could still have an increase in births with a declining population/birth rate.
Memes are funnier ;) but yeah I understand
