Got home. Glass of wine later. Do I really really need fish & chips or will I default to noodles? One of the great philosophical questions of our time. The only other alternative that does not involve putting shoes on is crisper drawer hash. Decisions decisions.

I'm incredibly lucky and have been gifted some fresh gummy shark. I'm whipping up a beer batter for home made fish and chips as I type.
