I was gonna hate watch this but couldn't be bothered sorting through the marvel civil war torrents to find it. Is it even worth watching to laugh at?

a bunch of DC ghouls get gunned down at the end so maybe.

Idk I thought it was interesting enough to watch once. I agree that it lacked substance, but I thought Kirsten Dunst, Jesse Plemons, and Cailee Spaeny were pretty good

Always was. The people who made the studio were already huge producers, and once they took a few good gambles on some interesting movies, they then turned into the powerhouse that it is today by being absolutely on the money in playing out and predicting media trends. It's been algorithm-picked boardroom-approved films by prominent directors for years now.

At least they still make new movies though, I guess. Every other studio is just making sequels and true straight to streaming crap.

Yeah, I do like the fact that they put out some original film, it's been refreshing. It figures that it's manufactured though, capitalists will spread the sickness just so they can sell us the cure.
