Was given 7am start on NYE and 8am start on NYD. Good thing I don't have NYE plans! Last year I felt sorry for myself because I was alone and all my friends were out with their partners or overseas lol. Now I don't give a shit. Normalise not going out on NYE.
FUCK NYE, NYE sucks. Everyones got such varied expectations and tbh i'd MUCH rather sit at home, sink a drink or 2 take 5 minutes to reflect on the year that was then get stuck into a good movie or game.
