So when does the false advertisement lawsuit start?
They didn't say to whom it was open.
Or what, even. Maybe they mean in workplace culture.
For whom would it be the most open operating system?
Advertisers and data brokers
By what definition would it be more open to advertisers and data brokers?
By showing ads and selling your data
I meant how that action would make it open for them?
Also, if those actions make it open, would it be open to everyone (if they have money)

Like with open source you can browse the source, but this time it's ad-makers browsing your computer
I was asking which definition (open having multiple) would apply in the context of the windows OS being open to advertisers
Even if there's a law, they sure have genius lawyers for this purpose.
