when the band is doing the work of supporting breast tissue, that weight is pulling less on the shoulders
that might seem to necessitate a tighter band, but actually the structure of the bra can make just as much of a difference – if a person with narrow, pendulous tissue is trying to wear a bra structured for people with wider or shallower tissue, it's not going to help nearly as much
32F/G over here, depending on time of the month – /r/ABraThatFits quite literally changed my life
they are also explicitly welcoming to anyone who needs a bra, regardless of gender identity or expression
I've never considered the band at all! I'll try that and see if it helps.
