So even during the first civil war you were against the Republican party?

As a non American you probably don't realize what a tired right-wing talking point that is. Next you'll be telling me how Democrats didn't support civil rights until the late twentieth century.

I realize you were (probably) just having fun and unaware of this, I share this with you in the spirit of education.
