They are the same person. Donald Glover. The picture on the left is from the (pretty good imho) series Community (aired 2009-2014). The picture on the right is from Donald Glover's aka Childish Gambino's music video This Is America (2018).
I'm genuinely surprised that people actually liked Community. I couldn't make it through the first episode. Chevy Chase's character is an absolutely disgusting misogynist, but the show tries to play it off for laughs, like The Big Bang Theory (a show that I would consider to be on the same F tier as Community).
It gets better from the first season.
Nah I'm good. Any show that has to resort to shock value to retain an audience is a show that I want to take no part in viewing.
