There are some nuclear armaments belonging to Russian Baltic Fleet there.
Doesn't really count since that's the naval leg of the triad
I thought they deployed a couple of nuclear armed kinzhals in MiGs to Kaliningrad (not that it matters given the range on a hypersonic missile).
