And in the process the succdems forgot why the Danish People's Party was bad in the first place and became just as racist as them. There's no sign any more of "if they get in they will do bad stuff", it's just "they're taking our phoney baloney jobs and we want them back"

Yeah and the weird thing is everyone who was against it said that that is exactly would happen and even as it was happening they were told they were hyperbolic/alarmist by the socialdemocrats.
Now it seems like no one even remembers it happened at all. Real "we've always been at war with Oceania" type shit.

Edit: and they'd probably be down with making a coalition government with them
