That sounds like a workplace problem. What you're describing is harassment/bullying whether you're are neurospicy or not.

a workplace problem that has persistently followed me thru my entire life: at school, at home, and at every job i've had, across multiple continents.

Absolutely. But being autistic makes it a potential ADA (or equivalent) violation honestly.
