How can a fence builder get it so wrong? Our front fence failed footing and final inspection - the posts are higher than the plan, and the concrete pads donโt go deep enough into the holes. Weโre at a lossโฆ
Don't you know, plans are just suggestions. It's all about the vibes these days.
Hope you didn't pay them. Fence builders aren't a regulated trade. Margins are tight cause materials are pricey...so the work suffers
