Very much so. Also less tolerant of excessive sugar too. Will make an exception for anchovies on pizza though. The grease I used to eat I couldn't now. Still OK with butter and olive oil.
Trick is to nibble on the grease. Nothing extreme, just a little grease nibble.
Build up the tolerance again.
I've noticed a lot more sugar in foods as I've gotten older.
Only milk products, it's the lactose, it happened after I caught a mild gastro a few years ago . Otherwise I'm fine.
I was saying this only last week. Even eating out has a lot more salt than I cook with usually, and I pay for it with the dry horrors all night into the next day.
Restaurant is a generous term for Okami and the local brisket place!
Yep. Pizza for dinner means I wake at 3am with the thirst of 100 days in the desert.
I feel like fatty food makes me sluggish and lazy feeling almost immediately.
Last time I had KFC which was ages ago after not having it for quite awhile made me feel a bit icky.
There’s so much grease in those things that even I felt it.
