If the former hostages keep saying good things about Khamas, they may start doing it intentionally
Even that one hostage that had bad things to say about Khamas was coming up with weird excuses for why she wasn't SAed and even went out of her way to undress herself in front of the Khamas guard because she knew it would make him uncomfortable (and it did, so he left)

I've seen zionists post her 'every Gazan is guilty' quote in their twitter bios, bizarrely (I say sarcastically) not including quotes by any of the other hostages who actually said they weren't harmed by Khamas.
