In the short term, cold showers and wet clothes are useful. Longer term I've found that a bit cardio helps massively with heat tolerance after a week or so. I mean the difference between 21 feeling warm before and 23 feeling chilly after a solid week of cardio.
Cardio, I have not been moving much but yeah maybe... would be good...
Yeah I was honestly kinda shocked, but it really helped. Took a cool shower after and it might as well have been late fall. It'll probably take a week or a few weeks so be patient. But it really helped my heat tolerance.
Cold showers for sure. But I never knew about the cardio thing, will have to give that a try when summer comes around!
