AI could be such a neat, useful thing. But nope, capitalists can't help themselves. Gotta use it to grift the internet with low quality content and steal from artists.

I think it's funny you-think-this-is-funny that the imperial core latched onto AI because a machine that produces ordered garbage is seen as more profitable than paying workers a fair livable wage.

No better representation of the dysfunction of the American tech industry than people worshipping generative text that is slowly killing our planet.

The collapse is coming, and soon. Have no doubt about it.

My CEO issued a press release about how last quarter had a 50% increase in earnings per share and unironically paid someone in PR to come up with copy saying we need to do it again. This company measures revenue in tens of billions.

I am serious, all corporations have lost their fucking minds. Every regional manager I know is doing 3 jobs because backfilling positions has been banned for years.

The collapse is coming, friend. And fascists are preparing too, whether you (speaking to all leftists) do it or not.
