I upbear because I feel the same, I used to be able to breathe painlessly in the winter, now it's just sharp pains constantly due to the dry cold and I'm guessing my Asthma. My lungs just aren't what they used to be in general, I can't even run too much anymore without my lungs struggling despite the fact that I'm more physically fit now. COVID sucks

I complained about not wanting to go in to work for a bit, called in sick now I AM sick.

I upbear almost everything, especially people going through a hard time. I know when I'm having a hard time feeling seen helps.

This is my life post COVID. Sick every 2 months.

i actually don’t even know for sure if I ever had it since the only tests I took came back negative but i get sick a lot more now
